Job Description :
As a Office Executive provide administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the front office of a company. The candidate should assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams and conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department. The candidate should support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts also perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports. Our office executive should assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records and assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat.One should assist front office in preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings, events and appointments.
Day to day task involves :
- Assist & Support administrative staff in their day to day working
- Assist & co-ordinate with sales & marketing teams
- Conduct market research . Document & analyse reports
- Update internal databases as per your job roles
- Follow up with 3rd Parties as per company’s requirements through calls or mails
- Look after the day to day- routine activities and correspondence.
- Handle everyday preparing quotations, updating sheets and making reports. Followup and coordinate with clients.
- Graduation . MBA preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office , Word , Excel
- Experience in building Customer relations, sales marketing, market research
- Communication skills, written communication, research, marketing, databases, communication, administration, Primary Research .
