Assistant Floor Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional assistant floor manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As Assistant Floor Manager your task is to supervise all floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.

Day to day tasks involved:

• Capable of handling day to day operation
• Inventory management
• Visual Merchandising
• Can handle cash counter and other days to day operation
• Day to day analysis of sales
• Responsible for store presentation
• Must provide information of customer preference and fast-moving products
• Must have experience of working with large fashion store

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree is required
• 4 to 8 years of proven experiences
• Must have previously worked with fashion store
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• To ensure administration on store and fulfilment of customer requirement

• Receive delivery of goods and maintain records
• Interaction with customer
• Maintain stock and must have full knowledge of products and could provide them

Expected CTC:

• 2 to 3.5 LPA. (No bar for deserving candidates)
